When I was in 7th grade, I brought home from my Home-Economics class, a handmade cookbook.
Within that cookbook was a recipe for Microwave Caramel Corn that I have made every single Christmas since that year. 22 years I’ve been making this caramel corn. I can’t believe I just admitted that in writing.
Not only is this my absolute favorite caramel corn, but it is also the easiest.
And trust me… I have tried my fair share of caramel corn.

I have to limit myself to making this buttery goodness only once a year and for us, so I made it one of my family’s go-to Christmas Treats. If you are looking for a last minute Christmas treat, give this one a try.

We like to make three batches and mix them all together, making it feel even more Christmassy.
You don’t need to add color, it tastes just as good without it.

You are going to love this popcorn!
I’d love to hear your feedback in the comments if you try it.
Merry Christmas!
